A Southern Season in Chapel Hill is hosting a gluten free cooking class at 1 pm, on
Saturday, Feb 26. The instructor is
Lai Breana who is a graduate of the
Le Cordon Bleu and a
registered dietitian at UNC-Chapel Hill. The class costs $35.00 and will feature the following menu:
Parmesan crisps with edamame hummus
Beef and potato stew with cocoa
Maple frosted pumpkin fingers
